Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Large capsule. Swallow with a glass of water. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your healthcare practitioner. If you have pre-existing thyroid conditions, seek advice from your medical practitioner before taking this medicine. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6].
