Each dose (6.1 g) contains: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 1.4 g (equivalent calcium 325 mg, phosphorus 251 mg); Potassium citrate 415 mg (equivalent potassium 150 mg); Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® magnesium bisglycinate) 1.5 g (equivalent magnesium 150 mg); Silicon dioxide 50 mg; Iron amino acid chelate (Meta Fe® iron bisglycinate) 50 mg (equivalent iron 10 mg); Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate) 50 mg (equivalent zinc 10 mg); Manganese amino acid chelate 31 mg (equivalent manganese 5 mg); Borax (sodium borate) 8.8 mg (equivalent boron 1 mg); Potassium iodide 196 micrograms (equivalent iodine 150 micrograms); Molybdenum trioxide 180 micrograms (equivalent molybdenum 120 micrograms); Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (equivalent selenium 100 micrograms); Chromium nicotinate 500 micrograms (equivalent chromium 50 micrograms).

  • Adults: 1.5 metric teaspoons (6.1 g) daily in 200 mL water with food
  • Children 2 - 11 years: 1 metric teaspoon (4.07 g) daily in 100 mL water with food
