Each Tablet Contains:

Selenomethionine375 microgramequiv. selenium150 microgram

ADULTS: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours, or flavours.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Therefore, a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
