Each 4 g dose delivers 2.4 g total vitamin C from multiple buffered ascorbate forms, plus zinc (12.1 mg), resveratrol (15 mg) from giant knotweed, citrus bioflavonoids (hesperidin, rutin, quercetin), and alpha lipoic acid (50 mg) to support antioxidant defence and immune function.

1-2 scoops (20-40g) as directed. Best taken in rice, almond, soy, water, or yoghurt.

2. Large doses of vitamin C may cause gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea or diarrhoea in sensitive individuals (due to the osmotic effects of unabsorbed ascorbic acid).
3. Individuals with pre-existing kidney stone disease or a history of renal insufficiency should exercise caution in the use of higher than RDI amounts of vitamin C.
4. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
5. Discontinue 7 days before general anaesthesia.
