Each 2.5mL serve contains: Riboflavin as riboflavin-5-phosphate 3.6mg, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 250mcg, NMN as β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 50mg, and a proprietary blend 60mg containing trimethylglycine as betaine, quercetin dihydrate from Sophora japonica flower and resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum root.

Take ½ teaspoon, equal to 2.5mL, by mouth. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
