Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1000 mg providing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 360 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 240 mg per capsule.

Adult DoseAdult and Elderly Dose: Take 1-2 capsules two or three times per day, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Pregnancy: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Children's Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, pierce the capsule and squeeze onto a spoon or into food.
