Ascorbic Acid is a natural water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C) essential as a potent reducing and antioxidant agent. Since the body does not produce Vitamin C, it must be obtained through diet or supplements.

Add ¼ teaspoon (1g) of Ascorbic Acid to a drink, shake, or 50ml of water up to three times daily. Take with food to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.
