Ascorbic Acid is a natural water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C) essential as a potent reducing and antioxidant agent. It plays a crucial role in fighting bacterial infections, supporting detoxification processes, and forming collagen in fibrous tissues, teeth, bones, connective tissue, skin, and capillaries. Since the body does not produce Vitamin C, it must be obtained through diet or supplements.

Add ¼ teaspoon (1g) of Ascorbic Acid to a drink, shake, or 50ml of water up to three times daily. Take with food to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.
