- a cholagogue to promote bile production and secretion
- Rosemary is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce symptoms of indigestion, including relief of intestinal gas, flatulence, digestive spasms, bloating, and feeling of fullness.
Dose
Adults: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily.
