Silybum marianum (milk thistle) seed dry concentrated extract 263 mg (equiv. 18.4 g dry; silymarin 210 mg), Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf dry concentrated extract 157 mg (equiv. 4.7 g dry; catechins 130 mg including EGCG 78.5 mg), Reynoutria japonica root dry concentrated extract 100 mg (equiv. 8.0 g dry; resveratrol 50 mg), Curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome dry concentrated extract 125 mg (equiv. 3.9 g dry; curcuminoids 59.4 mg including curcumin 50 mg), Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf dry concentrated extract 75 mg (equiv. 1.5 g dry), choline bitartrate 100 mg, iodine (as potassium iodide) 75 mcg, selenium (as selenomethionine) 75 mcg, molybdenum (as molybdenum trioxide) 62.5 mcg, zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 10 mg, riboflavin (from riboflavin sodium phosphate) 7.7 mg, pyridoxine (from pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 3.42 mg equiv., folinic acid (from calcium folinate) 200 mcg equiv., and vitamin B12 (as mecobalamin) 250 mcg per tablet.

Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. To be taken with food. Not suitable for children.

Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water. Resveratrol may affect the way some medicines work, including Warfarin. Consult your healthcare practitioner before taking with other medicines. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. In very rare cases Curcuma species and Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
