Each tablet contains:Actaea racemosa (black cohosh) extract 3.1 mg, providing 77 µg triterpene glycosides and equivalent to 20 mg dry rhizome. Oligopin® Pinus pinaster (maritime pine) extract 15 mg, providing 9.75 mg procyanidins and equivalent to 15 mg dry outer stem bark. Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) extract 171.4 mg, equivalent to 3 g dry seed. Lepidium meyenii (maca) extract 150 mg, equivalent to 1.5 g dry tuber. Salvia officinalis (sage) extract 272.7 mg, providing 4.1 mg thujone and equivalent to 1.5 g dry leaf.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Do not use if you have pre-existing liver conditions or seizure disorders
• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor
