(S)-S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) (from Adonat®) 200 mg equiv., pyridoxine (from pyridoxal-5-phosphate and pyridoxine hydrochloride) 24.05 mg equiv., riboflavin 10 mg, and zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 5 mg per tablet.

Adult Dose: Take 1-3 tablets daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, glucose, glycerol, hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, lecithin, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, pectin, sodium alginate, stearic acid. Incidental Excipients: Nil.
