  • Lemon balm and Skullcap are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension, restlessness, and symptoms of stress such as sleeplessness.
  • Skullcap is traditionally used to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.
  • Zinc and vitamin B6 support nervous system and brain function and healthy mood balance.
  • Vitamin B6 aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Each CalmPlex capsule contains:

Taurine 3 g. Magnesium provided as magnesium glycinate dihydrate 200 mg and magnesium citrate 75.1 mg. Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil 27 mg. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B₆) total content 10 mg. Zinc amino acid chelate 10 mg.


Adults: Take 3 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.


Colloidal anhydrous silica, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide.
