Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® magnesium bisglycinate) (600 mg; equiv. magnesium 60 mg), Alpha-capsazepine enriched hydrolysed milk protein (LactiumPURE™) (100 mg), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb extract (182 mg; derived from 1 g dry herb), German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower extract (125 mg; derived from 750 mg dry flower).

  • Children 1 - 4 years: ½ metric teaspoon (1.75 g) once or twice daily in milk or juice
  • Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (3.5 g) once or twice daily in milk or juice
