ThyroCo is a comprehensive supplement that contains iodine derived from Fucus vesiculosus (Bladderwrack), designed to support thyroid hormone production and overall thyroid health. It also contains Bacopa and Withania, known for their adaptogenic properties, helping to support the body's metabolic rate and stress response.

Each tablet contains:Fucus vesiculosus (Bladderwrack) whole plant extract dry concentrate 150 mg (derived from minimum dry whole plant 750 mg, containing iodine 150 micrograms); Bacopa monnieri (Bacopa) herb extract dry concentrate 20 mg (derived from minimum dry herb 1.0 g, standardised to contain bacosides calculated as bacoside A 10 mg); Withania somnifera (Withania) root extract 60 mg (derived from dry root 600 mg).

Adults: 1 tablet daily


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

  • No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours.
  • Vegan friendly
  • Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism and related cardiac problems
  • Contraindicated in patients taking thyroid replacement therapy (thyroxine)
  • Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation
  • Bladderwrack may interact with hyperthyroid medication
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
