Magnesium citrate 1.94 g (equiv. 300 mg magnesium), potassium citrate 553 mg (equiv. 200 mg potassium), calcium citrate 1.66 g (equiv. 400 mg calcium), zinc citrate dihydrate 77.9 mg (equiv. 25 mg zinc), calcium ascorbate dihydrate 1.22 g (equiv. 1 g ascorbic acid and 114 mg calcium), calcium pantothenate 32.8 mg (equiv. 30 mg pantothenic acid), taurine 3 g, glycine 2 g, biotin 500 mcg, thiamine hydrochloride 25.4 mg (equiv. 20 mg thiamine), riboflavin sodium phosphate 13.2 mg (equiv. 10 mg riboflavin), nicotinamide 25 mg, pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 78.4 mg (equiv. 50 mg pyridoxine), molybdenum (as molybdenum trioxide) 60 mcg, selenium (as selenomethionine) 31.5 mcg, chromium (as chromic chloride hexahydrate) 100 mcg, and menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2) 45 mcg per 13 g daily dose.

Adult Dose: 1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approx. 6.5g) twice daily. Children Dose: 6-8 years: 1⁄3 scoop twice daily 9-13 years: ½ scoop twice daily 14-18 years: ¾ scoop twice daily Mix the dose indicated above, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner, into water and consume immediately.

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Contains 196mg of sodium (as sodium bicarbonate) and 200mg of potassium per 13g daily dose. Contains sulfites.
