Each dose (5.0 mL) contains: Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 2.3 g (equivalent EPA 346 mg, DHA 1.15 g); Lecithin (soy) 1.7 g (equivalent phosphatidylcholine 575 mg); Soy phosphatidylserine-enriched soy lecithin liquid 750 mg; Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 20 micrograms (equivalent to 800 IU).

  • Children 1 - 4 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
  • Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily
