Each tablet contains vitamin E 110 mg (equiv. d-alpha-tocopherol 134 IU), vitamin B3 100 mg, zinc sulfate 16.5 mg (equiv. zinc 6 mg), vitamin B2 5 mg, vitamin A 240 mcg retinol palmitate (equiv. 130 mcg RE), selenomethionine 94 mcg (equiv. selenium 37.5 mcg), potassium iodide 92 mcg (equiv. iodine 70 mcg), goji berry fruit extract 250 mg (from 3 g dry fruit), withania root extract 150 mg (from 1.5 g dry root), ginger rhizome extract 62.5 mg (from 1 g dry rhizome), and rosemary leaf extract 125 mg (from 500 mg dry leaf).

Adults: Loading dose: Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.
Maintenance dose: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare practitioner.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Contains fish. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
