Tyrosine 500 mg, inositol 300 mg, selenium (as selenomethionine) 75 mcg, zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 10 mg, iodine (as potassium iodide) 100 mcg, chromium (as chromium nicotinate) 15 mcg, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root dry concentrated extract 300 mg (equiv. 3.75 g dry; withanolides 15 mg), thiamine (from thiamine hydrochloride) 10 mg equiv., riboflavin (from riboflavin sodium phosphate) 10 mg equiv., vitamin B3 (from nicotinic acid and nicotinamide) 35 mg total, pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate) 27.5 mg equiv., pyridoxine (from pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 15 mg equiv., folinic acid (from calcium folinate) 250 mcg equiv., and vitamin B12 (as hydroxocobalamin) 500 mcg per tablet.

Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet twice daily, one hour before a meal, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, glycerol, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, purified water. Incidental Excipients: Nil.

Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains nicotinic acid which may cause flushing. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. If pregnant or likely to become pregnant, consult a pharmacist or a doctor before use.
