Enhanced Sleep Quality and Nervous Tension Relief
Sleep Complex contains Bio-156, a premium valerian extract standardised to valerenic acid and volatile oil, enhancing sleep quality and reducing the time to fall asleep. Valerian is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease nervous tension and restlessness and promote a refreshing sleep. Zizyphus is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep. It is also used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve spontaneous sweating.

Dose
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed) or as professionally prescribed.
