Activated Bs Plus Ubiquinol contains B vitamins that support nervous system function and help to support energy levels and energy production. B vitamins can also assist in relieving fatigue when dietary intake is inadequate. Folate and vitamin B12 assist in healthy red blood cell production and also assist in the maintenance of healthy immune system function. Vitamins B5 and B6 assist in synthesising neurotransmitters, and vitamin B5 further supports a healthy stress response in the body. Adding choline supports healthy liver function, and CoQ10 is an antioxidant that helps reduce free radicals formed in the body.

Each capsule contains:

Levomefolate calcium (activated folate) 433 µg, equivalent to 400 µg levomefolic acid. Co-methylcobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂) 400 µg. Choline bitartrate 208.99 mg. Myo-inositol 50 mg. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B₃) 50 mg. Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B₅) 50 mg, equivalent to 45.8 mg pantothenic acid. Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₁) 50 mg, equivalent to 44.6 mg thiamine. Riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium (activated Vitamin B₂) 46.5 mg, equivalent to 36.6 mg riboflavin. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) 31.35 mg, equivalent to 20 mg pyridoxine. Ubiquinol-10 (coenzyme Q10) 25 mg. Biotin 300 µg.
