Each tablet contains:Rhodiola rosea dry root extract 250 mg (derived from dry root 1 g), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 150 mg, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100 mg, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 100 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 75 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50 mg, folic acid 200 micrograms, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 200 micrograms.

ADULTS: For everyday stress support, take 1 tablet daily with food. For improved performance when stressed, take 1 tablet twice daily with food. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
