Reynoutria japonica (Giant Knotweed) root extract 20 mg (derived from dry root 2 g, providing resveratrol 10 mg); Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) root extract 70.58 mg (derived from dry root 1.2 g); Vitex agnus-castus (Chasteberry) fruit extract 25 mg (derived from dry fruit 250 mg); Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 258.2 mg (equivalent to elemental calcium 60 mg); Magnesium amino acid chelate 150 mg (equivalent to elemental magnesium 30 mg); Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg.

Adults and children over 15 years: Take 1 tablet daily.


Carnauba Wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, ethylcellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, Acacia.
