Do not use if Greater Celandine has previously caused suspected liver injury or abnormal liver test results.
Do not combine with medicines, herbal preparations or other supplements known to affect the liver unless expressly approved by the prescribing healthcare professional. European regulatory safety measures have specifically contraindicated use alongside other liver-damaging medicines.

Stop use immediately and seek medical advice for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pale stools, persistent itching, unusual fatigue, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite or pain in the upper-right abdomen. Greater Celandine-associated liver injury has commonly presented with jaundice and substantially elevated liver enzymes.
Seek urgent medical attention for jaundice accompanied by confusion, abdominal swelling, severe weakness, unusual bleeding or repeated vomiting.
Do not use for extended periods.
European regulatory safety measures advised liver-function testing when oral use continued beyond four weeks. Any use approaching or exceeding four weeks should therefore occur only under direct professional supervision with appropriate monitoring.
Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you have gallstones, gallbladder disease, previous biliary colic or suspected bile-duct obstruction.
Do not use to self-treat severe or recurring upper-right abdominal pain.
Gallstones and bile-duct obstruction can cause severe pain, fever, vomiting and jaundice and may require urgent medical care.
Do not use this product as a substitute for liver-function testing, medical diagnosis, imaging or prescribed treatment.
