Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) fruit dry extract 100 mg (equiv. 1.0 g dry), Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaf dry concentrated extract 120 mg (equiv. 1.2 g dry), Petroselinum crispum (parsley) leaf dry extract 10 mg (equiv. 100 mg dry), Perilla frutescens leaf dry extract 16.7 mg (equiv. 200 mg dry), vitamin A (from retinol palmitate) 750 mcg retinol equivalents, riboflavin (from riboflavin sodium phosphate) 19 mg equiv., nicotinamide 50 mg, pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate) 50.6 mg equiv., pyridoxine (from pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 31.9 mg equiv., and quercetin 125 mg per capsule.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
