Shipping Policy
At GhamaHealth, orders are packed and dispatched with care using Australia Post. This page explains our Australian and international shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, dispatch handling, customs information, and important delivery notes.
Tracking is provided for every shipment, and temperature-sensitive products are handled with extra care where possible.

Australian Orders
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
Parcel Lockers: If you use a Parcel Locker, please enter the correct Australia Post Parcel Locker number and associated name. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or failed delivery. For assistance, visit the Australia Post Parcel Locker information page.
Handling time: Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, or where stock transfer is required, dispatch may take longer.
Note: We no longer offer domestic express shipping as a selectable delivery option. Australian orders are sent using tracked standard shipping. All temperature-sensitive products are sent using Australia Post Express Post at no additional cost. To support secure delivery, GhamaHealth may add transit cover and/or require Signature on Delivery for any order, at no additional cost to the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or Australia Post network conditions.
Missed deliveries: If no one is available and Australia Post cannot safely leave the parcel, a notification may be sent by SMS or email using the contact details provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow Australia Post’s instructions for collection or redelivery.
Uncollected parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer will need to pay the original shipping cost again before the order can be resent.
Authority to Leave: If you provide Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once Australia Post confirms delivery.
Damaged packages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and outer packaging.
Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Popular products are kept available where possible, but occasional supplier restocking or stock transfer delays may occur. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order.
Temperature-sensitive products: Probiotics and other temperature-sensitive items are usually dispatched early in the week to reduce the risk of weekend delays. These products are generally not shipped on Thursdays or the day before public holidays.
Order verification: In rare cases, an order may require manual verification before dispatch. This helps maintain a safe and secure shopping environment. If verification is required, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days.
International Orders
International shipping is available only to selected destinations shown at checkout. GhamaHealth currently ships to Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
International shipping rates are based on the packed parcel weight, including protective packaging. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Important: International customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.
- Customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in GhamaHealth product or shipping prices unless specifically stated at checkout.
- Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold, or refuse a shipment. These processes are outside GhamaHealth’s control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Temperature-sensitive items are shipped internationally at the customer’s risk due to extended transit times and conditions outside our control.
- International orders are final once dispatched, except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
