We pack and dispatch orders with care using Australia Post. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Australian Orders

Free standard shipping: Orders over $199.95 after discounts
Flat rate shipping: $19.95 for orders under $199.95
Delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Handling time: 1–2 business days for in-stock items
We no longer offer domestic express shipping.

Dispatch

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Stock transfers may extend dispatch time.
Temperature-sensitive items ship early in the week where possible.

Delivery Notes

Tracking is provided for all orders.
Delays by Australia Post are outside our control.
Authority to Leave means the parcel is left at the customer’s risk.
Uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before being resent.

International Orders

International shipping is available only to selected countries shown at checkout.
