Each capsule contains diamine oxidase (DAO) 20,000 HDU; excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), sucrose, mannitol, medium-chain triglycerides (from palm kernel oil), and sunflower lecithin.

Adults: Take one (1) capsule no more than 15 minutes before consuming high-histamine foods, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
