Contains Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract dry concentrate, equivalent to 3.75 g dry root, and Lycopersicon esculentum (tomato) fruit extract dry concentrate, equivalent to a minimum of 1.25 g fresh fruit and standardised to contain lycopene 2.5 mg.

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract dry concentrate (KSM-66®) 300 mg, from dry root 3.75 g; Lycopersicon esculentum (tomato) fruit extract dry concentrate 12.5 mg, from minimum fresh fruit 1.25 g, standardised to contain lycopene 2.5 mg; ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) 100 mg; zinc glycinate 20.41 mg, equivalent to zinc 6.25 mg; zinc citrate dihydrate 19 mg, equivalent to zinc 6.25 mg; total zinc 12.5 mg; selenomethionine 124.2 microgram, equivalent to selenium 50 microgram; d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 110.29 mg, equivalent to d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E) 150 IU.

Take 1 tablet twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
