Zinc amino acid chelate 125 mg (equiv. zinc 25 mg), magnesium (as magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 122 mg (equiv. magnesium 25 mg), manganese (as amino acid chelate) 20 mg (equiv. manganese 2 mg), retinol acetate 862.5 micrograms (equiv. vitamin A 2500 IU), pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg (equiv. pyridoxine [vitamin B6] 41.1 mg).

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with the main meal or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.


Z.B.M. may interfere with certain other medications your patients may be taking. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2,500 IU.

Magnesium and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. Z.B.M. should be administered at least 2 hours apart from these medications.

WARNING: When taken in excess of 8,000 IU, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
