Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB) 1.5 g (equiv. calcium 206 mg), creatine monohydrate 2.5 g, and Pisum sativum (pea protein) seed dry concentrated extract 15 g (equiv. 150 g dry; pea protein 11.3 g).

Mix 2 scoops (1 level included scoop contains approx. 13g) into milk or water and consume immediately. Take twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
