  • Common cold symptoms in children include pressure in the ears, sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation.
  • Contains reishi, which has traditionally been used to relieve excessive mucus in the nose and throat.


Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (250 mg), Zinc sulfate monohydrate (22 mg; equiv. zinc 8 mg), Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) (10 micrograms; equiv. 400 IU), Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root extract (750 mg; derived from 7.5 g dry root), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body extract (176 mg; derived from 3 g dry fruiting body), Olive (Olea europaea) leaf extract (60 mg; derived from 1.8 g dry leaf), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract (86 mg; derived from 600 mg dry root).

  • Children 2 - 4 years: ½ scoop (1.8 g) in 50 mL water
  • Children 5 - 12 years: 1 scoop (3.6 g) in 100 mL water
  • To assist healthy immune function: Once daily
  • To reduce the severity and duration of colds: Twice daily
