Mega Magnesium Energy & Stress is made to help you tackle your day head-on. It combines premium ingredients in a high-strength, easily absorbed form of magnesium (Meta Mag®), B vitamins, and Rhodiola.

Each dose contains: Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® magnesium diglycinate) 3 g (equiv. elemental magnesium 300 mg), Rhodiola rosea dry root extract 125 mg (derived from dry root 500 mg), acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride 1.2 g, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 50 mg, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 50 mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 38 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 38 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 25 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 25 mg, zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc diglycinate) 50 mg (equiv. elemental zinc 10 mg), potassium iodide 98 micrograms (equiv. elemental iodine 75 micrograms), selenomethionine 125 micrograms (equiv. elemental selenium 50 micrograms).

Adults: Take one scoop (7g) in 200 ml water twice daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
