Each 2-capsule serving contains quercetin (as dihydrate) 400 mg, stinging nettle leaf extract 300 mg, butterbur (Petasites hybridus) root extract 100 mg, bromelain 100 mg, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250 mg, and rutin 100 mg; excipients include vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, and ascorbyl palmitate.
