MegaMucosa Powder by Microbiome Labs is a high-potency formula designed to support the mucosal lining and gut-immune interface. It features dairy-free immunoglobulins, amino acids for mucous-membrane support and a flavobiotic (MicrobiomeX®) shown to support microbial diversity and short-chain fatty acid production.

Serum-derived immunoglobulin concentrate, MicrobiomeX® citrus bioflavonoid extract 500 mg, and an amino acid blend comprising L-proline, L-serine, L-threonine and L-cysteine (amounts per serving—see product label); quantities based on the manufacturer’s label.


Adults: Take 1 scoop daily with or without food. Mix into ~250–300 ml of cold water or preferred liquid, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
