Each vegetable capsule of BioMedica Cramp Bark Complex contains a blend of traditional Western and Chinese herbals including cramp bark for menstrual cramp support, lady’s mantle for heavy periods and dysmenorrhoea, dong quai as a female tonic, corydalis with analgesic and antispasmodic properties, chamomile for calming and anti-inflammatory action, ginger for anti-inflammatory and digestive support, along with vitamin E for antioxidant and reproductive health support, and vitamin B1 to support the nervous system and energy levels.
