Adaptan combines the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herb Rehmannia with traditional Western medicinal herbs (TWH) to relieve nervous tension and fatigue due to ongoing stress or mild anxiety. It contains American ginseng, which is used in TCM to support adaptation to stress. American ginseng supports a healthy stress response and helps the body adapt to external stressors. Wild oats and Lavender have been used in TWH to relieve feelings of being wired and tired, while Lavender maintains a healthy nervous system.

Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa) root extract (417 mg; derived from 2.5 g dry root), American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) root extract (300 mg; derived from 1.5 g dry root), Wild oats (Avena sativa) herb extract (100 mg; derived from 1 g dry herb), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) herb extract (250 mg).
