The formula combines a range of herbs with tyrosine and several other key nutrients. It also contains Rhodiola, which has been traditionally used in Russian herbal medicine to support mental stamina and function.

Tyrosine 500 mg, Alpinia galanga (galangal) rhizome dry concentrated extract 150 mg (equiv. 1.5 g dry; total glycosides 45 mg, polyphenols 6 mg GAE, flavonoids 4.5 mg rutin equiv., tannins 1.5 mg), Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) root dry concentrated extract 66.7 mg (equiv. 2.0 g dry; eleutherosides B & E 0.53 mg), Rhodiola rosea root dry concentrated extract 93.8 mg (equiv. 750 mg dry; rosavins 2.81 mg, salidroside 940 mcg), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root dry concentrated extract 58.8 mg (equiv. 1.0 g dry; glycyrrhizinic acid 11.8 mg), pyridoxine (from pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2.4 mg equiv., and selenium (as selenomethionine) 35 mcg per tablet.

Adult Dose: Take 2 tablets once daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
