Methyl Factors are a combination of nutrients that assist in synthesising neurotransmitters and support the health and production of red blood cells. Green tea extract provides antioxidant activity.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract 160 mg (derived from minimum leaf dry 4 g, standardised to polyphenols calculated as gallic acid 80 mg), choline bitartrate 300 mg, levomefolate calcium 433 micrograms (equiv. levomefolic acid 400 micrograms), mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin, vitamin B12) 1 mg, riboflavin sodium phosphate 10 mg (equiv. riboflavin [vitamin B2] 7.3 mg), pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 62.7 mg (equiv. pyridoxine [vitamin B6] 40 mg).

Adults: One tablet daily

Carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.

No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, or flavours.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

  • Adults only: Contains 12 mg of caffeine per dose. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake of more than 200mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • In anaemia and cases where iron supplementation is required, please do not take it simultaneously with meals or iron supplements.
  • Caution in patients taking immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclosporin and do not take at the same time.
  • Caution in patients taking statin drugs.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Discontinue seven days prior to general anaesthesia.
  • If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
