Each 5mL serve contains: Vitamin A as retinol and beta carotene 2100mcg RAE, vitamin C as sodium ascorbate 100mg, vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol 62.5mcg / 2500IU, vitamin E 23mg, vitamin K as K2 MK7 and K1 phytonadione 90mcg, thiamin as thiamine HCl 12.5mg, riboflavin as riboflavin-5-phosphate 3.6mg, niacin as niacin and niacinamide 10mg, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl 6.7mg, folate as calcium folinate 850mcg DFE, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 500mcg, biotin 500mcg, pantothenic acid as calcium d-pantothenate 25mg, sodium 10mg, trimethylglycine from betaine 20mg, and a 363mg proprietary blend containing highly purified phospholipids, liquid milk thistle seed extract, tocotrienols from annatto, lycopene, zeaxanthin and lutein.

Take 1 teaspoon, equal to 5mL, by mouth once daily. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
