Each 5mL teaspoon serve provides 1000mg of vitamin C from sodium ascorbate, supported by highly purified phospholipids for enhanced delivery and cellular uptake. Each 5mL serve contains: Vitamin C from sodium ascorbate 1000mg, sodium 125mg and highly purified phospholipids 250mg.

Take 1 teaspoon, equal to 5mL, by mouth. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.
