Ingredients (per serving):

Magnesium citrate 693.53 mg, equivalent to 105 mg elemental magnesium. Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 394.74 mg, equivalent to 45 mg elemental magnesium.


Take 1-2 tablets daily with water with a meal. The tablet can be broken into half if required.
