Crocus sativus (Saffron) extract 17.5 mg (derived from stigma dry 53 mg); Withania somnifera (Withania) extract 250 mg (derived from min. root dry 2.5 g, standardised to withanolides 6.25 mg); tyrosine 250 mg; zinc amino acid chelate 60 mg (equiv. zinc 12 mg); pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 31.9 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 20 mg); levomefolate calcium 216 mcg (equiv. levomefolic acid 200 mcg); mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 75 mcg.

Adults: Take one tablet twice daily.
