Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 605 mg
Equivalent Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn®- Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg
Equivalent Zinc 25 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 10 mg
Betacarotene 2.0 mg
Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms
Equivalent Vitamin D3 500 IU

Free from dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, and salt, artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

Excipients: Acacia, Citric acid, Colloidal anhydrous silica, D-alpha-tocopherol, Flavour, Hypromellose, Liquid Glucose, Maize starch, Maltodextrin, Medium chain triglycerides, Potassium citrate, Silicon dioxide, Sodium ascorbate, Starch sodium octenyl succinate, Steviol glycosides, Sucrose, and Tartaric acid.

Dose:

  • Adults and children over 14 years: Acute: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water twice daily with food; Maintenance: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water once daily with food
  • Children 4 - 8 years: Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food
  • Children 9 - 13 years: Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water twice daily with food; Maintenance: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food
