Where Is My Order & Can I Track It?

Track Your Order
When your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking number. This number allows you to follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
To track your order, simply locate your tracking number in your confirmation email, visit the tracking page of our delivery partner, and enter the number to see the latest updates.
Stock Availability & Split Deliveries
Sometimes, not all items are immediately available in stock. If this happens, our team will notify you. Your order may arrive in separate parcels, but you won’t be charged any extra shipping fees.

GhamaHealth Return & Cancellation Guidelines
You may cancel your order before it has been packed and labelled. A 10% cancellation fee applies. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (Australian customers only). Items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. Please note that some products are excluded, including probiotics, prebiotics, compounded products, and practitioner-only items. A 30% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Yes — most products are eligible for exchange. To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired replacement and then return the original item for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original postage charges are non-refundable, and standard shipping will apply to your new order.
Exchanges must be for an order of equal or greater value than the original purchase.

No — one promo code per order. You can, however, use a gift card or store credit together with a promo code. Loyalty discounts or site-wide promotions generally cannot be combined unless stated.
No, GhamaHealth does not offer price matching with other retailers. We focus on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service, and we believe our prices reflect the value and care we invest in our offerings. Instead of matching prices, we concentrate on ensuring that our products meet the high standards our customers expect from us. We also periodically offer our own promotions and discounts, which are designed independently of external retail trends.
Payment is captured at checkout. All prices on our site are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. If you pay with a non-AUD card, your bank/payment provider handles the currency conversion and any fees.

- PayPal: Usually immediate to your PayPal balance/original funding source.

- Gift card / store credit: Refunded back to the same gift card/credit.
