Each capsule provides St Mary’s Thistle seed equivalent to 12 g (standardised to silybin 144 mg) and dandelion root (200 mg), combined with taurine (100 mg), choline bitartrate (150 mg), methionine (50 mg), inositol (100 mg), activated vitamins B6, folate, and B12, plus peppermint oil (4 mg) to support liver function, detoxification pathways, and digestive comfort.
