Hibiscus sabdariffa flower sepal dry concentrated extract 250 mg (derived from 5 g dry flower sepal), citrulline 1.5 g, taurine 1.5 g, magnesium citrate 971 mg (equiv. 150 mg magnesium), ascorbic acid 250 mg, riboflavin sodium phosphate 15 mg (equiv. riboflavin 11.4 mg), nicotinamide 25 mg, pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 5.35 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 3.41 mg), calcium folinate 109 mcg (equiv. folinic acid 100 mcg), levomefolate glucosamine 270 mcg (equiv. levomefolic acid 150 mcg), mecobalamin 250 mcg, menaquinone 790 mcg, selenium (as selenomethionine) 50 mcg, with natural forest berry and vanilla flavour per scoop.

Adult Dose1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approx.6g) twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
