Each tablet contains: Retinol acetate 60 micrograms RE (equiv. vitamin A 200 IU), thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1) 1 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1 mg, nicotinamide 1 mg, calcium pantothenate 1.64 mg (equiv. pantothenic acid [vitamin B5] 1.5 mg), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 1 mg, folic acid 100 micrograms, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 20 micrograms, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 20 mg, citrus bioflavonoids extract 1 mg, colecalciferol (vitamin D₃) 2.5 micrograms (equiv. vitamin D₃ 100 IU), d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 8.27 mg (equiv. vitamin E 10 IU), calcium hydrogen phosphate 17 mg (equiv. calcium 5 mg), ferrous fumarate 1 mg (iron), magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 24.2 mg (equiv. magnesium 5 mg), potassium iodide 75 micrograms (equiv. iodine 75 micrograms), selenomethionine 10 micrograms (equiv. selenium 10 micrograms), zinc amino acid chelate 500 micrograms (equiv. zinc 500 micrograms).

Children 2-8 years: Chew 1 tablet daily.

Children 9-13 years: Chew 2 tablets daily.
