FODMATE™ is an enzyme formula designed for short-term use to support digestion of fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols (FODMAPs). It may help alleviate occasional abdominal discomfort, bloating, gas, cramping, diarrhea or constipation that can follow consuming high-FODMAP foods.

Helps support continued consumption of varied, nutrient-rich plant-based foods whilst reducing digestive discomfort.

Lactase to break down lactose-based disaccharides, alpha-galactosidase to assist digestion of galactooligosaccharides from beans and legumes, and a proprietary enzyme blend (including inulinase, pectinase, glucose isomerase and others) to support broader FODMAP fibre breakdown such as inulin and fructans; check the product label for the full enzyme list and individual amounts.

Adults & children ages 8+: Take 2 capsules with a meal, up to 2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
