Iron (II) glycinate 88.8 mg (equiv. 24.0 mg iron), calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121.7 mg (equiv. 100.0 mg ascorbic acid), retinol acetate 0.88 mg (equiv. vitamin A 750 mcg retinol equivalents), thiamine hydrochloride 5.0 mg (equiv. thiamine 3.93 mg), riboflavin sodium phosphate 10.39 mg, nicotinamide 20.0 mg, calcium pantothenate 10.0 mg (equiv. pantothenic acid 9.2 mg), pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 5.0 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 3.19 mg), biotin 100 mcg, calcium folinate 110 mcg (equiv. folinic acid 100 mcg), levomefolate calcium 109 mcg, mecobalamin 200 mcg, and hydroxocobalamin 200 mcg per capsule.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
