Each 6 g serving contains: magnesium 320 mg (from magnesium glycinate dihydrate 200 mg and magnesium citrate 120 mg); calcium (as calcium citrate tetrahydrate) 100 mg; glutamine 500 mg; Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) herb extract 250 mg, derived from 1.5 g dry herb; Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) herb extract 90.9 mg, derived from 500 mg dry herb; naturally sweetened with stevia.
