Each capsule contains: Magnesium citrate 400 mg (equiv. to magnesium 61.8 mg); Magnesium orotate dihydrate 100 mg (equiv. to magnesium 6.6 mg); Magnesium glycerophosphate 81.2 mg (equiv. to magnesium 8.4 mg); Magnesium amino acid chelate 166 mg (equiv. to magnesium 23.4 mg). Total elemental magnesium: 100 mg.
